RESCHEDULING POLICY

You may reschedule a prepaid appointment through the online scheduling system if the request is received up to 24 hours before the appointed day and time. If you are unable to reschedule before the 24 hour window and you cannot be present for your session, you may elect to have a remote coding session during your scheduled time. A general energy clearing will be provided unless you make specific requests for the session focus. This way you can benefit from having imbalances released and not lose your financial investment in your healing. You must receive confirmation from Leslie that she received your specific requests (email/text) or a general clearing will be provided. There are no refunds for prepaid sessions, services provided, or missed appointments.
